Contest that arises with the aim of selecting the best cheese project, on a national scene, publicizing the well done job of professionals who are dedicated to cheese making.
Its objective is to visualize the importance and talent of the professionals involved in the sector, as well as the technological challenges overcome to reach the market with the desired product. It is about visualizing the contribution of the cheese masters, the cheese themselves and the business projects, in the co-creations of the new agri-food scenario of the future.
Of all the applications received, the evaluation committee selects 10 projects that have the opportunity to be defended during the final with a 10 minute presentation. The final presentations are evaluated by a jury of experts.
